I make this for myself or my buddies if we have some fatty meats like rib eye or steaks, brisket. The mint gives it some extra freshness.

Salsa Verde

Ingredients / Shopping list:

Easy way to cook Salsa Verde

  1. dice onion as small as possible
  2. chop spearmint leaves + parsley as small as you can
  3. Add all in a bowl, mix the olive oil and vinegar
  4. Taste and add sugar until the sour is balanced
  5. Add salt + pepper to taste.


Pro version

  1. nothing yet


Tips / Plating:

  1. Shallots are sweeter and taste better
  2. Don't be afraid to add a bit more sugar, it must not be too sour.
